Julie Dibens has had a phenominal 2009. Not only is she the current world champion in both Xterra and 70.3, but Julie was also became the first women to break four hours in the 70.3 distance. In a very fast race she held off challenges from Olympic 3-time silver medalist and Canadian Magali Tissayre.
